Our stay was great! The location was fantastic, as it was near public transportation and surrounded by amazing natural scenery. We also received a hearty breakfast early in the morning, which was perfect for our early departure. it offered great value for money.

We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the carpet and a WC issue, but these were minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things. Additionally, we found that the host was not the friendliest and avoided interaction. Cash payment was the only option, but the actual cost was not clearly displayed.

The hotel provided lovely and comfortable rooms, with easy access to the slopes. Breakfast was adequate and had a decent selection. The location of the hotel was great, with stunning surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere suitable for a relaxing holiday.

The payment methods could have been made clearer, as we were not aware that they only accepted cash. we were surprised at checkout due to a lack of transparency regarding the total cost.

During our recent ski trip, we chose to stay in a cozy hotel in Pitztal. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the glacier for skiing and snowboarding. the view from our balcony was mesmerizing and the sound of the waterfalls helped us sleep peacefully. the room was well-maintained and pretty comfortable. the breakfast options could have been better. On the flip side, few guests mentioned that some of the hotel staff was not very welcoming towards them.
